Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the public MDM PASS pre-launch platform, including informational pages, registration routes, business-network applications and public tools.
1. Pre-launch status
MDM PASS is under development. Descriptions of future services, access levels, benefits, verification features, account tools and partner experiences are forward-looking product plans and may change before or after launch.
2. No guaranteed access
Submission of a waitlist, free-access interest, business-network application, partnership request or other form does not create a right to membership, acceptance, service availability, commercial placement or a specific benefit. Access can depend on territory, eligibility, capacity, verification, programme phase and additional conditions.
3. Business Network applications
A business or project that submits information is applying for review only. Acceptance, listing, campaigns, use of MDM Verify, commercial conditions and any strategic relationship require separate approval and, where appropriate, written terms. The public application itself is not a partnership agreement.
4. No performance guarantee
Illustrative simulations, scenarios and examples do not guarantee traffic, customers, sales, bookings, profit, advertising savings or return on investment. Actual outcomes can be lower or higher and depend on many factors outside MDM’s control.
5. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate others, scrape restricted areas, interfere with security controls or use MDM branding in a way that falsely implies approval, membership or partnership.
6. User submissions
By submitting a suggestion, request or business application, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information and that it is materially accurate. You keep ownership of your original ideas and materials, but you allow MDM to review, store and use the submission for the purpose for which it was sent. Do not submit confidential trade secrets unless a protected route or written arrangement exists.
7. Intellectual property
MDM PASS names, branding, original design, platform content and protected materials may not be copied or presented as official MDM material without permission, except where applicable law permits limited use.
8. External links
The site may link to MYCDIC, Youth Mediator, public authorities, businesses or other third-party services. External sites control their own content, availability, privacy and terms. A link does not by itself mean endorsement or responsibility for the external service.
9. Changes, suspension and discontinuation
MDM may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue public features, eligibility rules, routes or content when needed for security, quality, legal, operational or programme reasons. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep public information current.
10. Applicable framework
These terms operate subject to applicable law and the final legal details of the entity operating MDM PASS when those details are confirmed and published. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Support does not mean a guaranteed legal outcome.
Where a legitimate consumer, administrative or civil issue is within an available MDM support route, MDM may help the member organise information, identify the competent authority or professional channel, follow up with a relevant organisation and, where available, refer the member to an independent qualified lawyer or specialist. MDM does not guarantee that a claim, complaint or case will succeed, does not replace a court, authority or lawyer, and does not assist anyone in avoiding criminal responsibility or unlawful obligations.
