Cookie Notice
This page explains the current approach to cookies and similar browser storage on the MDM PASS public platform.
1. Current public build
The current public platform uses essential browser behaviour needed for navigation, security and forms. It is not designed around advertising cookies. If analytics, personalisation or marketing technologies are introduced later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are relied on.
2. Essential storage
Essential cookies or local storage may be used for security, administrative authentication, session continuity, language or interface preferences, and protection against abuse. These functions may be necessary for parts of the site to work correctly.
3. Third-party services
Connected services such as hosting infrastructure, Google-based administrative workflows or embedded external resources can have their own technical processing. MDM aims to minimise unnecessary third-party tracking on public pages.
4. Your choices
Browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies, but blocking essential storage can affect sign-in, security or form behaviour. Where non-essential cookies require consent, MDM will provide a choice before activating them.
5. Updates
The cookie approach may evolve as member accounts, analytics or other platform capabilities are introduced. The public notice will be updated to reflect material changes.
